Shipping Policy

We are doing everything we can to ship your orders as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a new notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of ordering. You can avoid shipping costs by picking up your order directly from our workshop in Laval, Quebec. After placing your order and selecting workshop pickup, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 2 to 5 business days. We will email you when your order is ready, along with instructions.

The customer is responsible for providing and ensuring the accuracy of the postal address. Return costs for a package are the responsibility of the customer. If the customer wishes to post the package again, the delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If an item is presumed lost, the customer is required to inform us no later than 30 days following the date of shipment indicated on the email notice. In my heart is committed to checking with the carrier. After these deadlines, it is not possible to inquire with the carrier.

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss of value is the responsibility of the customer.

Depending on the region or the size or weight of the package, Dans mon coeur reserves the right to use the carrier of its choice to deliver the package.

For oversized items or for very remote areas, delivery times and costs may differ from the policies explained above. We will contact you if necessary.

Orders are delivered to the address indicated by the customer during purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the validity and accuracy of this information. In the event of an incorrect delivery address, if the package must be returned to another address, additional costs may be charged to the customer.

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status.
