Return and refund

In addition, you thereby accept the electronic mode of communication with the Merchant for all of your exchanges and that they meet all the requirements of written communication.

We guarantee consumer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange or refund is permitted. Returning the item(s) is at the customer's expense. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount less shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item. We will handle these matters on a case-by-case basis, but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.

Items sold at reduced prices such as sales or liquidations are not refundable or exchangeable.

Unless there is an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss of value is the responsibility of the customer.

If a product return occurs following a customer error (e.g. wrong product ordered), return and outbound costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will refund the value of the product excluding delivery costs, once the product is returned.

In the event that you believe that an error has occurred when placing an order, we invite you to notify us without delay, but at the latest within 48 hours of its discovery by sending us a message to the following address: and telling us in sufficient detail the error that was made.

If an order is canceled after shipping, shipping costs will still be charged.
